Delivery Information & Rates

Postage

We currently use Australian air Express for all our deliveries within Australia. International postage we use Australia Post (Economy Air) .

Express Post flat rate of $6.95  Australia Wide - delivery time of approximately 1- 2 days.
International flat rate of $19.95  Worldwide - delivery time of approximately 14 days.

All orders will be shipped within 3 working days, unless specified otherwise

Payments

We accept Credit Card payments through our secure website, PayPal (also accepts credit cards) and Direct Bank Deposit/Electronic Transfer. When paying via direct bank deposit please use your order number as a reference.Your order must be paid for within 3 days of placing the order, or items will be returned to stock. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.

Please Note: Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.

Returns

If you wish to return any items they must be returned un-used in new condition within 14 days of purchase, once the items have been received and checked we will issue a full refund. Refund does not include any postage costs.

Delivery During Busy Sale Periods

Please be aware that during busy periods, we are unable to wrap each item in the beautiful paper and stickers we use.
